Sam’s pet & Aquarium online purchase serviceDelivery Charges
SGD$10.00 is applicable for purchases below SGD$70.00. Delivery charges will be waived for goods purchased above SGD$70.00 within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Mode of payment
We accept Pay Pal payment or cash on delivery.
Confirmation of Orders
All online orders will be processed within 24hrs. Order is confirmed once you have received a email confirmation notification from us. Orders will be delivered to you within 48hrs of confirmation. Any delay in delivery, our staff will contact all customers affected.
Cancellation of Orders
Should any of our goods be unavailable, we will refund the full amount. Alternatively, you may wish to wait for stock to be available. Our staff will contact you if any of the stock is unavailable.
Exchange and Refunds
All exchanges must be done within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Original invoice must be presented at our store for all refund or exchange of products.
